FAQs
What is the ZigaJig?
The ZigaJig is a 3D-printed smoking accessory — a totally new kind of rolling paper pack. It holds your papers in a protective case, dispenses them cleanly, and doubles as a V-shaped rolling station. It’s built to be satisfying, sturdy, and smooth — like the roll you’re about to make.
I’m one man and one 3D printer with one dream. The ZigaJig is just the first in a range of products I’d love to get off the ground. If this gains traction, I’ll look into new ways to manufacture them — faster, slicker, and at scale.
Why?
The ZigaJig came from a simple idea: rolling should be easier, tidier, and more enjoyable. I’ve always taken pride in my joints, but what really surprised me was how quickly my mates started making great ones using this.
It helps people roll consistently every time — which means more enjoyment for everyone in the room. They believed in it so much I filed for a patent the next day. It keeps your papers fresh, uncreased, and always ready to go.
How does it work?
You slot in your rolling papers (King Slims fit perfectly), pull one out, and roll on the angled surface — no flapping packs, no bent corners, no faff. It’s weighted just enough to sit flat wherever you are. There’s no weird hinges, just simple geometry doing the work.
Can I pick the colour?
Each ZigaJig is created in small batches, so your colour will be a bit of a happy surprise — every one is fairly unique. Colours aren’t listed on the site to keep the magic alive.
But if you have a strong preference, just write to us or include your colour wishes with your address, and I’ll do my best to make it happen. If you’re printing it yourself, of course, it’s all up to your filament and creativity!
Delivery Information
I deliver across the UK. Shipping times depend on how many are in the queue — each one is printed to order and takes hours, not minutes. Prices reflect print time, not mass production. You’ll get a dispatch notification when it’s on the way.
The Future
I’m constantly tweaking the design — making it stronger, smoother, and even more satisfying to use. I have ideas brewing for a new type of grinder, a variety of pokeys, and other accessories that I can’t quite write about here just yet.
There’s also a stash version coming, maybe a travel case, maybe one designed by Schrödinger himself (he’s the cat in the videos). Got an idea or remix? Print the free STL, make it your own — just don’t sell it without talking to me first.
