About ZigaJig
ZigaJig isn’t a big company — it’s just me and a 3D printer, tucked in the corner of a room that now smells like melted plastic and mild ambition.
It all started when I made a small tool for myself — something to make rolling and smoking easier, cleaner, and more satisfying. I showed a few friends, and they properly loved it. Not just “oh, that’s nice” — but genuinely excited. Their belief in it gave me the push to turn the idea into something real — and the so i applied for a patent. That’s how much I believed in it too.
At first, we called it all sorts of things — but ZigaJig stuck, and for good reason. “Zig” is a sharp change in direction, like a zigzag. And “jig” has two meanings: it’s both a tool that helps guide or align other tools (spot on), and a little dance (which felt right, because let’s be honest — this whole journey has had a bit of rhythm to it).
ZigaJigs aren’t just bits of plastic — I put real care into them. The designs are constantly evolving. Each version gets stronger, smoother, and more refined. They take a while to print, and the prices reflect that time and attention — but if you’ve got your own 3D printer, you can download the STL file for free and hand them out to your mates. Just don’t try to flog them without cutting me in. - Like I said - Patent Pending!
This is a one-person project powered by curiosity, feedback, and a slightly overworked printer. I'm glad you're here — and I hope your ZigaJig makes your day just that bit easier.
